I have been an admirer of Wilma McDaniel since the early '80's. I think of her from time to time, but seldom sit down to enjoy her talent.
ReplyDeleteI agree with those critics who say that her choice of words is always perfect. Also there is never a wasted word in her poems.
Her poetry speaks of pure life. The joys, hardships and reality of daily living--whoever you are, wherever you live; what you encounter and treasure.
Ms. McDaniel has brought me hours of enjoyment and awe. I'm so glad that I "found" her and her talent
