Great Regulars: You may be in the city or the country;

night is fascinating in either. Vividness and that particular flavour, filtered through your poetry, is what we're after. Whether you are wide-awake or drowsy, try to show us a world, some reflections, or everyday things changed by the night.

Poetry goes beyond the simple recording of things. It gives the reader a connection with the other, and your poem should strive for that communication.
