Council of Intergovernmental Relations representing Charlotte County, FL. She was also on the Advisory Committee of the Charlotte Co. Parks and Recreation Board. She was also a past-President of the South Punta Gorda Heights Civic Association. She also enjoyed reading and writing poetry.
