We still mourn the tragedy at Virginia Tech, this week with some perspective. So sad. Our lead story again features Nikki Giovanni. I tried to select the best news item that represented her speaking about poetry. I also wanted to be sure to bring a story featuring Lucinda Roy, another poet at Virginia Tech. She is in our second article this week.The IBPC results are in, as we await the formatting and preparing, and the announcement e-mail from David Ayers.
I've seen the results, and our new judge Bryan Appleyard is terrific, as expected. Speaking of which, a former judge is in the news. Two of David Kirby's books are reviewed for us in News at Eleven.
