Tibetan activist and writer to stay in this northern Indian town after detaining him for nine days for trying to sneak into Tibet to protest the Beijing Olympics.Police released Tenzin Tsundue on Aug. 11, after detaining him Aug. 2 in Mandi district jail in India's northern Himachal Pradesh state. For four days, he staged a hunger strike and was then force-fed intravenously.
