Great Regulars: Stories, legends and myths about

the characteristics and powers of superior beings abound in literature of the ancient world, and they were meant to inspire a feeling of religious awe and explain the random forces of nature. But today's poets are using these gods for an entirely different purpose.

The pagan gods are embedded in our subconscious minds, and they may point us in the direction of a more meaningful way of living.
