Great Regulars: Think of an object: a thing

in a room, in a house, in a place, in a landscape or townscape, in weather, a season. An object, perhaps, from your past, something you half remember but which has been out of mind for a while Attend to it. Listen, and look, feel its texture, or coolness, or weight. Look up and away from it, out of the window of the remembered room perhaps. Listen. Attend utterly to the object and its place, its recalled qualities and associations.
