of the founding members, with Bairagi Kainla and Indra Bahadur Rai, of the groundbreaking and hugely influential Tesro Ayamic movement or known also as the Third Dimension, which reshaped Nepali literature.More than a dozen literary works and hundreds of songs, stories and essays authored by Bhattarai have been published till date. He had also written a literature column for the leading Nepali daily 'Kantipur' for a longtime.
