Great Regulars: [Ken] Arnold and his wife [Connie Kirk]

came to Portland with a plan for a publishing company, one that would break away from the traditional model of printing a set number of books, shipping them to stores through a wholesaler, and accepting returns of those that don't sell. They have entered the topsy-turvy world of print on demand, in which a book is stored digitally and printed only when a customer orders it.
