IBPC: Poetry & Poets in Rags


Another laureate week, and this time we begin in News at Eleven with Nobel laureates. That's followed by a couple of articles on Wendy Cope, who has something to say about being a potential Poet Laureate of England. We also have two articles on Frost in News at Eleven, and one is on Jay Parini giving a moving lecture to help hoodlums stay out of the woods. Plus, our Back Page item is a must-read by Allen Ginsberg.

We have a terrific Great Regulars section as well. There's lot's of good poetry and articles there, but here I'll direct you to the audio interviews. First, Michael Rosen is interviewed at the Hay Festival. Belinda Subraman interviews Carol Novack. And Nigel Beale interviews Frank Wilson. Good stuff, not to be missed.
