Poetic Obituaries: [Emily Ann Debrine] grew to enjoy playing golf.

She obtained a varsity letter as a freshman, in 2007. She played through adversity during her sophomore season this fall, yet she was able to qualify for the All-District Golf Team. She strived to maintain a 4.0 grade point average, and obtained an academic letter for her achievements. Her original writings and poetry are something to admire.

thank you for honoring my daughter! She was a beautiful spirit. She loved original writing, and her poetry is amazing! Some we have used in her memorials, the rest I will compile for a tribute. Thank you again, I would be happy to share some of her poems, if appropriate. Melissa LaNear, Emily's Mother. mellanear@yahoo.com.

Hi Melissa,

I am so sorry. Your heart must be shattered. I have a beautiful daughter myself, older than Emily now, and I cannot imagine losing her from this world.

If you do a web tribute, please let me know, or if the tribute is carried in the media, and I can link to it, let me know. I would love to read Emily's poetry, and be able to point others to it as well.

You can always post into this thread, but it would not be featured again.

Thanks.

Yours,
Rus
