Great Regulars: Carnal desire, the poet reflects,

allows no lasting fulfillment and is childish, one that draws out the pure beauty of an even thoughtful and discriminating individual to its grave, thereby proving the ephemeral nature of such love. The 'child' in him is yet to learn how not to make mistakes in stupidity.

Every single beauty of the world is subject to mortality owing to some "guilty" defect in wholeness.
