Great Regulars: Of course, it's nearly impossible

when "towers" are mentioned to not think of the tragedy of the World Trade Center, and not to see the dripping faucets as ceaseless life measured out in "coffee spoons," small clear seeds of water headed for the drain.

However you choose to read this poem, it is a wrenching yet delicate encounter with human mortality.
