may have been her history of St. John's, which the church published in its centennial year of 1996.
"Thus it was," Mrs. Tavenor writes, describing an early St. John's milestone, "with many helping hands, much work, and most of the congregation being of one heart and one mind, the goal of a new church building was reached."
Mrs. Tavenor also wrote poetry, which she typed and kept in a three-ring binder.
