News at Eleven: At the last stop of his quixotic Peace Caravan

to the border, Mexican poet Javier Sicilia came here Saturday morning for a peace rally at a downtown plaza.

His soft-spoken message, delivered to a chanting, rollicking crowd, was familiar: The Mexican drug war that has cost 40,000 lives is a failure. The political and justice systems need radical reform. Power and responsibility belong to the people.
