Poetic Obituaries: [Betty Cook] Rottmann, who was active in

most social issues that dominated the political landscape of Columbia for more than 40 years, moved to Prairie Grove, Ark., from Columbia 18 months before her death, according to Northwest Arkansas Newspapers. A published poet, she retired from the University of Missouri's public relations office with 30 years of service.
