Poetic Obituaries: [Nicholas] Diakos was the proprietor
and master chef of The Pilgrim Diner, Cedar Grove. He previously owned Clairmont Diner and Clairmont Chateau. He was a published author of poems and song lyrics and also wrote for The Estiator.
