the Delta Kappa Gamma Society for Teachers.She was a composer of original songs and poems which were published in many Polish and American periodicals. She was awarded poet of the year in 1991 and 1992 by the World of Poetry. Many of her treasured artifacts and publications were donated to the Orchard Lake Schools, in Orchard Lake, Michigan. A room in the archives was dedicated to her.
