Thanks so much for your blog -- and thanks especially for posting this message about the sudden passing of Dr. F. Elaine DeLancey. Dr. DeLancey ("Mom" and "Grandma" to us) was a consummate scholar and a great lover of poetry and poets. Your Philly-area readers should know that Drexel University will host a public memorial service for her at the start of the Fall 2011 quarter, at a date, time, and campus location to be announced. All are welcome.

Thanks Again,
Dayle B. DeLancey (daughter), Dawn DeLancey (daughter), Brianne Willett (granddaughter), & Zachary Blackwood (grandson)
