Dr. Starnes was my professor, and he truly was an amazing person.Very bright,vibrant,and active person.He will truly be missed.
Over a year now since David was killed. The woman responsible left the hospital without question or arrest long, long ago and still no case (as simple as it would be) has taken place. You think Rhonda Jan might want to come forward and at least acknowledge her mistake. Perhaps the GSP and the DA might want to stop looking foolish and give folks some closure?
I knew David (through our mutual friend Tom Kidder) a long time ago in Colorado--he was a brilliant man and a good person..R.I.P, David.
