Great Regulars: So many of the very important cultural conversations

I can think of have happened in prose, very few in poetry. Or, maybe I should say, very few of the ones I find resonant are poetry-based conversations.

And here I'm thinking, in particular, about race. A friend once told me that when you find a lack of something in your field, something you want to read and/or think about, fill it with your own art. In part that's what I'm trying to do. [--Crystal Williams]
