he [Everett D. Foster] became a director of libraries in Fergus Falls, MN and later Minot, ND. He moved to Port Orchard, WA in 1978 where he has resided since."Cowboy Ev" was a poet, avid reader and historian. He will be remembered fondly for his quiet and gentle demeanor.
