Yesterday was World Poetry Day. In the spirit of the occasion, Katie Couric brings us five of her favorite poems. That's our first link. We also have a companion link to the U.N. News Centre making the announcement. The next two items are poems, one by Kabir, translated into English by Arvind Krishna Mehrotra, and the other with Beau Blue poetry. But if there is a theme this week, it is the reviews, the works of W.H. Auden, Adrienne Rich, C.D. Wright, Elizabeth Bishop, Elizabeth Oakes, and Charles J. Butler.
