has been announced at a special ceremony at the Urdd Eisteddfod in Swansea.Eurig Salisbury, from Aberystwyth, succeeds actor Dewi Pws Morris and will hold the post for two years.
Salisbury has published a collection of children's poetry and a book of poems called Llyfr Glas Eurig (Eurig's Blue Book).
