Dear Poetry Aficionados,
Poetry & Poets in Rags
The great thing about being independent, but also not making any money from this column (besides not paying taxes on it), is that to be in service to the poetry world, means to bring you the news from wherever it is provided. Thus, I can have no true competitors, only those who complement this column by doing something similar toward the same goal.
Today, I was on the Poetry Foundation site, and found a pretty darn good web page where you can find news links, which made me think to share those similar others with you. Here are seven web pages other than this one, that link you off site to the news of poetry:
Books, Inq.: The Epilogue
Choriamb: Poetry News and Reviews
GotPoetry.com: News, Events Articles and more
The Page
Poetry Daily News
Poetry Foundation: Online Journal: News
Poetry Hut Blog
Oh wait! . . . wait. Don't click until you're done reading this page of links. It's a good week for poetry news here too.
Yours,
Rus

Yes, to Blog income-less does avoid taxes. This is one of the last great loopholes that remains in the tax law, and the main reason I became a blogger-poet. I can now write off my venti mochas as office supplies!
