Poetic Obituaries: The poet Alexei Parshchikov has died

in Cologne, age 54 (Lenta.ru, in Russian). I knew him in the 80s, when his girlfriend--or was it wife?--was Olga Sviblova and he was part of the metametaphor (метаметафора) group of writers and artists that included the painters Evgeni Dybsky, Igor Ganikovsky, Boris Markovnikov and Zakhar Sherman.
