Great Regulars: This is something different. We recognise

some themes in there--the Nile, the delta, the music--but essentially this is an avant garde excursion that's closer to music than most conventional poetry we see. There is a violin player recognisable at the start as the piece begins, and some descriptions of the dizzying, reeling, fragmented and discordant music being played. There is the "eventual pining deterioration".
