to The Ontario Review and was poetry editor of The Canadian Forum and the Literary Review of Canada. He was also founding director of Sesame Press in Windsor. His first collection of poems, Nothing but Spoons, was published in 1969.
His poems have appeared in numerous anthologies and magazines.
He is also the author of several plays, three of which received performances in Detroit, Windsor and Vancouver in 1980.
One of his most recent collections of poetry, States of Mind, was published in 2001.
