She wrote poetry and watched kids' shows featuring pop stars Hillary Duff and Hanna Montana. She watched nighttime soap Grey's Anatomy with her mom. Her ambition was to become a pediatric nurse because she loved children, she wrote a month ago in a school autobiography project.
In it, she also wrote she loved her life and planned on being around for a long time, her mom said.
"She trusted people too easily," her mom said. "If they appeared to be her friend, she believed they were her friend."
