"Well, the fence is now basically complete They said we needed to triple the border patrol. Or they'll want a higher fence. Maybe they'll need a moat. Maybe they want alligators in the moat. They'll never be satisfied."
Claiming already to have achieved much in terms of stronger border security, and to have done much to control and reduce the criminal element in immigrant life, Obama pointed to the need to make it easier for legitimate would-be immigrants--the students America is training, who then cannot work in the States or start up businesses here.
