in several capacities at the Department of Education on St. Thomas: as librarian at Nisky School (now Ulla Muller School) from 1971-1972; as Title III librarian from 1972-1975; as district librarian from 1976-1979; as acting director of school libraries for the V.I. from 1979-1981; as school libraries supervisor for St. Thomas and St. John from 1981-1984.
