to Adams and Cape Vincent. They also farmed in Alexandria Bay and Evans Mills until 1967 when the dairy herd was sold and the couple moved to Watertown and Mrs. Houghtaling ran a square dance shop. Mrs. [Esther E.] Houghtaling enjoyed square dancing, baseball, writing poems, gardening and crocheting, spending time with her family and grandchildren.
