Poetic Obituaries: Former New Zealand Poetry Society

president Nelson Wattie said on [Ruth] Dallas' appointment as a society patron in 2000, that she was "one of the finest poets in this country" but one "whose modesty and concentration on her immediate locality sometimes leads to her being overlooked".
