Dodge Foundation's signature poetry festival next fall, a decision one official said will shine a light on the state's largest city as "a major cultural capital."Although the foundation previously announced the 2010 festival would be canceled for financial reasons, Dodge decided to resurrect the popular event--the largest poetry gathering in the country--and present it in a new urban location.
