Poetic Obituaries: When asked what he [Charles Morris Pickett] was

doing now. He usually responded "he was doing nothing and plenty of it." Dad always said "You only go round once in life. . . . and if you play your cards right . . . it's enough."

From WWII in Japan to a distinguished law and banking career, to Utah deer hunts, mustang chases and cougar hunts with the Holts in Gunlock, blending 3 families, pursuing a musical talent, writing poetry and combining it all with his wicked sense of humor, Dad did it all.
