Great Regulars: I do know. Danny's unforgettable.

From the instant I first met her in person during the year I wrote in residence at the university, I remember our meetings at her home. I remember our discussions, our back-and-forthing, our joy, excitement and, oddly, her exquisite tablecloths, hand-stitched, old-fangled, incredibly poignant, reminding me of my own elegant and informally formal yet touchingly correct mother. [Leila Pepper a.k.a.] Danny stood on ceremony; but, yes, it looked so good on her and felt so right for each of us.
