(new to) Great Regulars: Kate Noakes is a Welsh poet living in

Caversham, Reading. In this poem, she uses her memory of snow as a form of autobiography, from childhood to motherhood, via Enid Blyton, exile and love. She captures well our human habit of relating personally to weather--something we will be doing increasingly in the 21stCentury.
